Home Qui sommes nous ?
Who are we?

Since 1898, our professional organisation has been working to promote, defend and ensure recognition of the professional status of Commercial Agent.

The Federation represents you at three levels: regional, national and international.

A team of permanent employees is available to provide you with a personalised response to any questions you may have. They are supported by around one hundred experienced volunteer Commercial Agents who give up their time to work in the interests of the profession and to provide you with professional assistance.

FNAC is a member of several influential organisations :
  • UNAPL (National Union of Self-employed Professionals)
  • CGPME (General Confederation of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises)
  • FIF-PL (Inter-professional Fund for the Training of Self-employed Professionals)
  • IUCAB (Internationally United Commercial Agents and Brokers) of which it is a founder member

The Federation has been involved in drafting all the basic legislation that governs the profession; it has invested much time and effort to ensure that the value and status of Commercial Agent contracts are recognised

FNAC (National Federation of Commercial Agents) offers a network of 11 regional Professional Chambers throughout France.

In our work as a Federation, we bring people together who share common interests, creating a link between self-employed professionals, sharing experience and developing a profession adapted to future needs within the context of a constantly changing economic environment.
