Welcome on the site of the French Federation of Commercial Agents (FNAC)

FNAC (Fédération Nationale des Agents Commerciaux) was created in 1998 and has taken care of the interests of the french Commercial Agents for more than a century.

It is divided into eleven regional professional Chambers. Each Chamber is close to its economical and social environment and is offering various services such as providing accurate information, personal support and organizing meetings and training sessions.

FNAC head office is located at la Maison de l’ Agent Commercial, 30 avenue de l’Opéra in Paris, in the same building as other bordering organizations such as AAAC (Association Agréée des Agents Commerciaux), EDAC (Editions de l’Agent Commercial) and CPFAC (Chambre Professionnelle Francilienne des Agents Commerciaux).

Our main goal is to defend our commercial agent’s status and to improve our members’ image and professionalism.

Our Federation communicates in various ways :
We have recently redone and upgraded our bi-monthly magazine l’ Agent Commercial.
Our website allocates space for our members and visitors. It records more than 10 000 visits per month, particularly the classified ads pages.

FNAC is a founding member of IUCAB (International Union of Commercial Agents and Brokers) and of UNAPL (Union Nationale des Professions Libérales) and a member of CGPME (Confédération Nationale des Petites et Moyennes Entreprises).

Every year, in June, we organize the Commercial Agent’s National Day (JNAC) in Paris. It is the most popular and important gathering of our Profession in France.
It attracts several hundreds of people each time including Agents, Principals, Lawyers as well as many experts and partners.
